This site’s predecessor was born out of indecision. At that point in my life I wore many hats, and thus was qualified for many positions. Rather than limiting my options, I built a portfolio that would display the relevant information for hiring manager looking at my site. I received many compliments over the years about the unique approach.
Critiques
This site was clearly built to help me get a job, limiting it’s audience and shelf life. I wish I made it more flexible, but I’ll remedy that with this site.
The Test of Time
Shaw never cared much about legacy content. Most of my links are now dead. I really need to save screenshots more often. The Twitter API changed; and my blog at Shaw ceased with my departure. This is now a nice time capsule, but it more or less a snapshot than a tool.
